1. Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Certain personalized or handcrafted items may not be eligible for return due to their unique, made-to-order nature.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

3. Refunds

  • Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to mishandling or improper use after delivery

5. Damaged or Defective Products
